Working With Us

NNS works carefully with customers to ensure their satisaction. Our prices are highly competitive and you will be unlikely to find cheaper monthly fees elsewhere. There are no hidden charges and all costs will be outlined prior to making an agreement. Outside of our initial agreement all work is charged by the hour. All prices ex VAT. If you have any questions then don't hesitate to contact us.

As simple as possible.

We understand that creating a website can be confusing. Some providers charge very little but require you to do the work, while others charge a great deal and are impossible to communicate with. We aim to change that.

Only what you need.

As a local business, NNS does not have an agenda, we only wish to bring more people onto the Nitro Network and continue to grow our clientbase. For this reason, we will only give you the services that you need and will not attempt to hardsell on any product. The tabs below give a breakdown of what you will need for a website with us, and other optional extras. If you ever decided to leave the Nitro Network then your files would be handed over and your domain would be transferred to a new provider of your choice. No contracts needed.

If you do not already have a website then we can make it for you! We start our prices at £200 for simple websites (tailored towards small business owners). Larger websites with more complex coding will require a custom quote. But do not be afraid of asking as we won't hold it against you!

A Domain

Unless you already own a Domain, you will need one for your website. A domain is a virtual address (the URL of a website) that people will use to locate and find your business online. These start at £10 per year and can be registered through a variety of providers. However, we recommend using Google Domains and also recommend allowing us to manage the domain during your time with us.

Monthly Hosting Fee

Hosting websites is not cheap...but our monthly rates are! In order to provide the best service and ensure as little downtime as possible for your website, we charge a flat rate of £10 a month. This fee is extremely competitive and you will be highly unlikely to find anything cheaper elsewhere. We are able to price our maintenance fees this low as we are a local business and have very few additional costs.

Custom Email

Not satisfied with a standard email address that ends in @outlook.com or @gmail? etc? Do you want your own custom email address that uses your domain? We can set this up for you. The Google Business Suite allows for custom emails, such as max@nitronetwork.co.uk, starting from just under £5 per custom email.

Extra Domains

If you have a swanky pants domain and want some additional security, then extra domains may be a good way to safeguard your online presence. If you have the website address "www.diy.com" then you may also wish to purchase "www.diy.co.uk" or "www.diy.net" to ensure your customers are not taken to the wrong website by competitors. Generally, most extra domains will cost the same as the original at £10 per year.

Graphic Design

If you need help developing a logo for your business, or digitising an existing logo, then we at NNS can help you. Due to the nature of graphic design being a "you either love it or hate it" design process, we charge at a rate of £20 per hour. However, this process can take very little time if you know what you want beforehand and can provide existing sketches.
